Paramedic Testifies We Could Have Saved MJ
One of the paramedics who rushed to save Michael Jackson's life at 100 N. Carolwood Drive just testified ... if Murray would have called 911 immeidately, Michael Jackson's life might have been saved.
Richard Senneff said Murray told him he called 911 the second he realized MJ was in distress, when in fact there was a 20 minute delay.
Senneff said had Murray called earlier there was a good chance EMT's could have restarted Michael's heart.
Senneff said when he hooked up the EKG machine onto MJ, it flatlined.
* Senneff said 911 call came in at 12:22 pm. He arrived at MJ's house 4 minutes later.
* When he walked into the room, he saw Murray, MJ and the bodyguard.
* Senneff said Michael was wearing PJs and seemed underweight.
* MJ was being moved to the floor as Senneff walked in. He said Murray was "frantic."
* He noticed an IV stand with an IV bag hanging on it.
* He asked Murray what the patient's underlying health condition was three times before Murray said there was none.
* He said that didn't make any sense... there was an IV stand and other equipment in the room.
* When he asked what medications he was taking, Murray lied to him, saying he hadn't taken anything... then said he did give him a little Lorazepam.
* At that point the other paramedic, Martin Blount, successfully performed an intubation on MJ.
* Senneff says there were too many inconsistencies with Murray's account... MJ was too cold to the touch his eyes were dilated and the EKG showed a flatline.
* After administering another round of starter drugs, there was still no change in MJ's condition.
* Right as Senneff and his crew were about to give up, Dr. Murray said he felt a pulse in the right side of MJ's groin.
* But when Senneff looked at the monitor all he saw was movement consistent with CPR.
* Senneff ordered everyone to stop CPR to see if there was in fact a pulse... and the monitor, again, showed a flatline.
* He then checked again to see if there was a pulse. There was none.
* Sugar levels in the blood also showed no change in MJ's condition.
* The Jury listened to a call Senneff made to the hospital at 12:57 describing all unsuccessful efforts to revive. The dispatcher calls time of death but Senneff tells the dispatcher, Murray wants to continue the efforts to revive MJ.
* Paramedics then transported Michael on a backboard down the stairs and into the ambulance.
* When Senneff goes back upstairs to retrieve his equipment, he sees Murray picking up items off the floor.
* Senneff continued giving MJ adrenaline to try and jump start his heart but nothing work. He says he saw no sign of life in MJ at any point during the 47 minutes he was with MJ.
* At no point during that time did Murray ever mention the word Propofol.

The Hutchinson Report News:
"Dr. Conrad Murray, Not Michael Jackson is on Trial"

This article makes reference to the surprisingly lukewarm reaction of Obama and the White House in relation to the death of Michael Jackson
Earl Ofari Hutchinson
Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense, his only real defense against the charge of involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson, is a simple one. He says that Jackson in effect killed himself. That he was so hopelessly drug addicted that he pumped himself up with the fatal drug or combination of drugs that killed him. The unstated is that given Jackson’s world renowned aloofness and eccentricities his self-destruction was all but foreordained. With anyone else and in any other circumstances, this would be a laughable defense.
The indisputable fact is that Murray is a trained physician. He was hired by Jackson specifically to administer and supervise his medications and medical care. He did not say no to Jackson’s continual use of the potentially lethal drug. He did not summon medics immediately when Jackson went into his fatal coma. No matter how self-destructive and on the edge one may want to believe that Jackson was, and that he did have a long history of drug use, it’s the wildest stretch to hold a patient responsible for his own death with his doctor literally in the next room. But Jackson is not just any patient. Since the day he was hauled into court in 2005 on child molestation charges and the day months later he was acquitted on all counts in the case, Jackson’s name has been synonymous with controversy.
The acquittal in the child molestation charge meant nothing to millions. Many still quietly whispered and many others openly slurred him as a child molester. His deep withdrawal from public view after the trial did not stop the endless swirl of malicious questions about his actions, motives, and alleged perversion. His death didn’t change things either.
Millions of Jackson fans mourned, agonized, and were infuriated by his death. Countless others dredged up, and hurled the same old, vicious accusations at Jackson as a freak, kook, and, of course, child molester. President Obama walked a fine and circumspect line in reacting to Jackson’s death. He sent the ritual condolences to Jackson’s family. But he also made veiled references to Jackson as a controversial figure when he noted that there were
aspects of his life that were sad and tragic. The White House did not issue any formal statement on his death and when then White House press secretary Robert Gibbs asked if one would be forthcoming he testily replied "Because I just said it." That officially ended the Jackson matter for the White House. Other politicians had no such reservations. They openly pilloried Jackson even slandering him as a “pervert” who did not deserve any public acclamation, but disgust. Jackson’s name, fame, and controversy are plastered all over what goes on in and outside the courtroom in the Murray trial.
There are the tearful and heartfelt reminiscences and reminders from fans and court observers about Jackson’s towering importance to the music and creative artistry world, and his continuing rapturous influence on millions. The legal experts meanwhile endlessly speculate on the evidence in the case and whether it measures up to the high bar of criminal culpability. Ultimately, Murray’s legal fate and Jackson’s celebrity name will rest in the hands of the jurors. Both are connected because not one of the jurors selected dared plead ignorance of not having heard of Jackson. The prosecutors and defense attorneys didn’t go there and try to determine the depth of the juror’s pro or anti Jackson bias. Some of the jurors made it clear that they were Jackson fans, or that they thought he was a great entertainer.
None expressed any misgivings about Jackson. The only misgivings were whether the criminal justice treated the rich and famous with kid gloves. More than one thought this is the case. Whether this means that the jury is so pro Jackson that Murray doesn’t stand much chance of acquittal is another matter. Indeed it should not matter. The jurors are charged with one thing, and one thing only, and that’s to strictly weigh the physical evidence and testimony and determine whether Murray did what the prosecution says that he did and that’s cause Jackson’s death. That’s the sole standard that any jury should be charged with in determining guilt or innocence in any criminal case. However, it would be the pinnacle of naivety to think that facts alone determine trial outcomes in celebrated trials. Countless studies and surveys of criminal cases involving celebrities show that money and fame do play huge role in these cases.
Money allows celebrities not only to hire the best and brightest of attorneys, but to tweak and massage the message of innocence of their celebrity client outside the courtroom. Murray used his
celebrity name by dint of his association with Jackson’s death to get a crack legal team, and insure that they spin away his innocence outside the courtroom. A big part of that is their hit on Jackson that he killed himself. By any standard this shouldn’t fly. But given the always lurking undercurrent of controversy and doubt about Jackson from so many, they’re banking that they can put Jackson not Murray on trial. And this definitely shouldn’t fly.

Some comments on this article:
Joyce Jordan
Even though MJ was honored by several Presidents, Obama really disappointed me in his response to MJs death. MJ said that Sammy Davis, Jr. paved the way for him in the entertainment industry, but I wonder if Obama realizes that MJ paved the way for him to become President. MJ was loved worldwide. Russia has built a statue in Red Square for MJ, Germany has a statue...where is ours here in the US?
Karen Johnston
Disappointing indeed :(
Elin Jones:
You are right Joyce. USA seems not to honour Michael Jackson in his just measure, as the best artist of all time, and as the one who hit all records in the world history of music, and also the one who represents one of the greatest humanitarians who ever walked this Earth. And this article precisely makes reference to the surprisingly lukewarm reaction of Obama and the White House in relation to the death of Michael Jackson. An attitude, I would dare to say, that calls for some reflection...

Famed MJ Lawyer Conrad Murray Is Guilty
Tom Mesereau -- the lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in the singer's 2005 molestation trial -- claims Dr. Conrad Murray "violated every ethical obligation he had as a doctor" when he gave MJ Propofol ... and deserves to go to prison.
Mesereau wants to make it clear, "I am on the side of the prosecution."
MJ's Security Guard: Murray Had Me Remove Vials
Michael Jackson's security guard Alberto Alvarez -- the man who called 911 the morning MJ died -- just took the stand, claiming Murray asked him to remove several vials of Propofol before he called an ambulance.
Alvarez claims he quickly arrived at the scene on June 25th, 2009 -- and saw Murray performing one-handed chest compressions on MJ, who was still in the bed. According to Alvarez, Murray immediately asked him to pack away several vials and an IV bag.
Alvarez claims there were two saline bags on the IV stand, but Murray cared only about the one that contained a vial with a "milky white substance."
Alvarez claims Murray THEN asked Alvarez to call 911 -- at which point the dispatcher ordered him to move Michael from the bed to the floor in order to perform CPR. According to Alvarez, paramedics arrived soon after.
Defense attorney Ed Chernoff tried to get Alvarez to admit he may have been confused about the timing of the events -- but Alvarez insisted ... Murray ordered him to bag the vials BEFORE paramedics arrived.
Alvarez says he has been offered enormous sums to provide interviews to media outlets -- as much as $500,000.
The defense just showed footage inside a hospital room where MJ's body was relocated after the singer was pronounced dead -- and the place was crawling with cops.
Ian Halperin has claimed that Dr Conrad Murray has taped Michael 160 times
Ian Halperin has claimed that Dr Conrad Murray has taped Michael 160 times. Halperin said Murray audiotaped to blackmail Michael at a later date in case Michael ever turfed him. He said “He (Dr. Conrad Murray) has over 160 recordings of Michael Jackson, and this is just the tip of the iceberg, so get ready....He wasn’t planning on using this in court,” he said. “What he was planning in case Jackson turfed him, was that he would have all these recordings, get some sort of book deal, or release an album of it, and maybe top Thriller in sales. He is only motivated by one word and that is cash....there are no other motives...the only reason was he wanted to cover his tracks,” he added.

,,Picture of the year"
A picture began circulating in November. It should be "The Picture of the Year," or perhaps, "Picture of the Decade." It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the U.S. paper which published it, you probably would never have seen it.
The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner. The baby was diagnosed with spina bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb. Little Samuel's mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta. She knew of Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb.
During the procedure, the doctor removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby. As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon's finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.
The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, "Hand of Hope." The text explaining the picture begins, "The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother's uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life."
Little Samuel's mother said they "wept for days" when they saw the picture. She said, "The photo reminds us pregnancy isn't about disability or an illness, it's about a little person" Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful. Now see the actual picture, and it is awesome...incredible....an d hey, pass it on! The world needs to see this one!

Nimmer's Report of Conrad Murray Trial -day 1
My reaction to Day 2:
Good God! Get to the matter of hand. This trial doesn't need five weeks. This thing can be settled in five days. It's ridiculous. Who cares about Conrad Murray's contract? Did he give MJ propofol in a home setting or didn't he? And did his actions result in MJ's death? Clearly he did what he's accused of having done. He admits it! And not just once. Many times. The rest of this circus is just fodder for Nancy Grace. I'm disgusted by it.

Doing my best to follow the trial. Day 2. A lot of testimony and a lot of facts us informed MJ followers already know but there are some revealing details also. What strikes me is IF MJ was truly so addicted to Demerol and other drugs, then WHY for Gods sake wasnt this show just delayed and they could have admitted MJ for proper help. The show could have taken place at another time. This Dr. HAD to know. Its absurd as to what was happening and so many ignoring it. :(
Paul Gongaware -- AEG Live Co-CEO Testifies, Day 2
Paul Gongaware took the stand again today -- claiming Dr. Conrad Murray requested an astronomical salary for his services to MJ.
* Gongaware said it was Michael who asked him to hire Dr. Murray... but Murray was asking for $5 million ... way too much money.
* But Michael insisted he wanted Murray so he called him again and this time offered him $150 thousand a month -- per MJ's instructions.
Paul also told Dr. Murray's defense attorney he was on the lookout for any drug use by MJ, saying he noticed a "slight slur" in Michael's speech during their interactions.
Paul Gongaware -- AEG Live Co-CEO Testifies, Day 1: MJ Wanted 21 Extra Shows
AEG Live's Co-CEO Paul Gongaware just took the stand ... telling prosecutors Michael was the one who demanded 21 extra shows.
* Gongaware claims the first 10 shows sold out nearly instantaneously and Michael wanted to add another 21 bringing the total to 31.
* Gongaware says Michael was obsessed with beating Prince's record of 21 shows at the O2 arena.
* He said even after selling out 50 shows, there were still 250,000 people waiting for tickets.
Kathy Jorrie -- AEG Attorney Testifies
AEG attorney Kathy Jorrie took the stand this morning -- describing the contract she drafted between AEG, Dr. Murray, and Michael Jackson.
According to Jorrie, Murray had a laundry list of demands -- including $150,000 a month, even while "This Is It" was on hiatus.
Jorrie testified, Murray also demanded a CPR machine for MJ while he performed in London.
Jorrie claimed, when she asked Murray why he would need a CPR machine... Murray responded, he didn't want to take chances with MJ's age and the strenuous nature of the show.
* Jorrie says she spoke to Murray on June 24th. Murray told her he had seen Michael perform and that he was in "perfect health." This was a day before he died.
* She also said the contract was never signed by all parties, and no payment was ever made to Murray by AEG.
Michael Amir Williams -- MJ's Personal Assistant Testifies
Michael Jackson's personal assistant Michael Amir Williams just took the stand -- and prosecutors played a panicked voicemail Dr. Conrad Murray left on Williams' phone the day MJ died.
* Williams said MJ was in good spirits on the evening of June 24, 2009... his last rehearsal. He said the rehearsal was "amazing."
* The following day, Williams received a panicked message from Murray at 12:13 pm saying, "call me right away." When he called back, Murray told him MJ had a "bad reaction" ... and to "get somebody here immediately."
* When he got there, the first thing he saw was MJ being brought out in a gurney. He said Murray seemed "frantic."
* Williams said after he learned of Michael's death, Murray came up to him and said there was "some cream Michael wouldn't want the world to know about." Murray asked him to drive him to the home so he could retrieve the "cream."
* After checking with MJ's head of security, Faheem Muhammad, the two decided not to let Murray back into the house...
* Williams said it was "normal" to have oxygen tanks in MJ's house.
* Williams told Ed Chernoff he never told police about Murray's odd request until two months after Michael's death.
* Williams told Chernoff Dr. Murray never asked him to call 9-1-1.
* Williams testified that he had seen Michael speak "slower" after coming out of Dr. Arnold Klein's office -- where the defense says Michael got hooked on Demerol.
Faheem Muhammad -- Michael Jackson's Bodyguard Testifies
Michael Jackson's head of security Faheem Muhammad claims Prince and Paris witnessed Conrad Murray desperately trying to resuscitate their father and had to be removed from the scene.
Muhammad testified Paris was "on the ground, balled up crying," and Prince "was shocked and slowly crying."
* Muhammad said he saw Murray's silver 645 BMW parked at MJ's house every night but did not know what Murray was treating him for.
* Muhammad was on his way to the bank when he got the call from Michael's assistant that he was having a bad reaction. He immediately called Derrick Cleveland, the security guard on duty -- to check up on MJ, then rushed back to the house.
* When he walked in he saw bodyguard Alberto Alvarez in the room. He could see MJ's feet and Murray -- who appeared to be giving MJ CPR.
* Once Muhammad walked around the bed he could see MJ who appeared to be dead.
* He then noticed Paris and Prince at the doorway. He said "Paris was on the ground balled up crying" and "Prince was shocked slowly crying."
* Muhammad quickly moved the kids away.
* Murray says that's when he heard Murray asking if anyone knew CPR. Alvarez came to his aid.
* Once they arrived at the hospital, Prince, Paris and Blanket were put into a room.
* Once MJ was pronounced dead, MJ's assistant relayed Murray's request to go back and retrieve the "cream."

I will do whatever I can to be of help with this situation. I you need me to come to the house, just give me a call in the morning. My concern is, now that we've brought the doctors in to this fold and have played the tough love, now or never card, is that the Artist may be unable to rise to the occasion due to real emotional stuff. He appeared quite weak and fatigued this evening He had a terrible case of the chills, was trembling, rambling and obsessing. everything in me says he should be psychologically evaluated. If we have any chance at all to get to him back in the light, it's going to take a strong Therapist to help him through this as well as immediate physical nurturing. I was told by our Choreographer that during the Artists costume fitting with his Designer tonight they noticed he's lost more weight As far as I can tell, there is no one taking responsibility (caring for) for him on a daily basis. Where was his assistant tonight? Tonight I was feeding him, wrapping him in blankets to warm his chills, massaging his feet to calm him and calling his doctor There were four security guards outside his door. but no one offering him a cup of hot tea. Finally, it's important for everyone to know, I believe that he really wants this. It would shatter him, break his heart if we pulled the plug. He's terribly frightened it's all going to go away. He asked me repeatedly tonight if I was going to leave him. He was practically begging for my confidence. It broke my heart. He was like a lost boy. There still may be a chance he can rise for the occasion if we get him the help he needs.
Sincerely,
The lawyer who drew up the contract for Dr. Murray is on the witness stand. She said Murray wanted it written into his contract that if Michael fired him he would still get paid. She also said she asked Murray to get a 5 year medical history on Michael. Murray said he was Michael’s doctor for 3 of the 5 years and Michael’s history was small because Michael was in very good health.

Defense: Jackson caused his own death when Murray was away
This is a CNN blog update, unlike a number of articles that I looked at during the break it does NOT include a reprint of the photo of Michael on the hospital gurney, but it does include video clips of the both the prosecution and defense opening statements so far, so if you chose to watch those please be aware you may see and hear what we heard in court already this morning. Stay strong, deep breaths my friends, we have only just begun and we need to keep our strength up for the long haul! Take breaks, go outside and scream at the wind, cry if you need, but know that we will all of us ultimately make it through this, we made it through June 25th, 2009 we can make it through anything! ♥ Justice4MJ

why Murray was recording Michael???
tocmai am vazut procesul pe CNN...
IMI PLACE CUM A PREZENTAT PROCURORUL.
aken from Murray's iPhone, a recording of Michael sedated on 5/10/09:
”We have to be phenomenal. When people leave this show, when people leave my show, I want them to say I've never seen nothing like this in my life. Go. Go. I've never seen nothing like this. Go. It's amazing. He's is the greatest entertainer in the world I'm taking that money, a million children, children's hospital, biggest in the world, Michael Jackson's Children's Hospital.” -Michael Jackson

diane dimond and nancy grace
...
I'm watching HLN and they have that InSession interview that we saw the trailer for. I am shocked with Diane Demon. She said that if Michael had not settled the first case there would not have been a trial because by settling he opened the door for other opportunists. What this coming from the wicked witch of tabloid journalism.
dECI SE CONTAZICE...IN 2005 SI DUPA SPUNEA CA MJ A FOST ACHITAT FIINDCA NU AU FOST DESTULE DOVEZI, IAR AZI, VAD CA SPUNE ALTCEVA...
O alta jurnalista care l-a crezut vinocat este Nancy Grace.Si ea face emisiuni, folosindu-se de numele lui
o discutie intre fani, pe fb
This is so upsetting. I've been watching Nancy Grace and they stated the autopsy results for Michael. It sounds like the one that we read was not the real complete report. According to them MJ had meds in his liver and urine and his veins had collapsed as well as puncture marks on his shoulders and abdomen. Does anyone know what is going on?

I remember some reference to needle marks, as well as a few scars. I only remember that the liver as fine and that no fatty inclusions were present, which squashes anyone trying to say he was an alcoholic. Collapsed veins though? I don't remember that being mentioned AT ALL. And even if it was, that doesn't mean anything sinister. My sister was in the hospital all the time from a serious illness, and she got collapsed veins simplly because of IV's and that she had smallish veins that didn't stand up well. I'll have to go back and read it cover to cover...but personally I thin it's an exageration at best.

With These Hands...
HANDS Hands live to caress and love. Hands live to fight and die. Forever living hands, forever exploring are hands. Remarkable hands, storied hands. Hands, hands can build. Hands can mold, shape, and speak. Hands can grasp for the heavens, touch it and believe in the make believers. Through the fingers thoughts explode as pen touches paper. Tones and melodies erupt from inner emotions becoming reality. Heart and soul become one as fingers scrawl quickly, feverishly. Pounding blood surges through the fingers forcing the pen onward, causing tears to fall from an eye. Truth flows from the mind; the hand transports it into being. Embracers of the brush, digits move carefully following intricate lines drawn on canvas. Colors blend together, vibrant, beautiful, soaring to mosaics of sky and water. The calming sense of touch slows the scene until order graces the fabric. Forgotten til’ their lost. Forgotten until they are crippled, hands are taken for granted for their life giving talent. Bent and crooked they are silenced from the song they once sang. Memories now distant are relegated to the wall or museums. Dusty shelves house the books of the once pulsating, vital, movements that the hand generated. Hands have saved lives and taken them just as easily. They create the saviors of life as well as the purveyors of death. Creating and destroying with a single move a finger can move mountains or search the unknown heavens. Hands live to caress and love. Hands live to fight and die. Forever living hands, forever exploring are hands. ~ Bruce Alan Humphrey "Give me your hand Make room for me to lead and follow you beyond this rage of poetry. Let others have the privacy of touching words and love of loss of love. For me Give me your hand" ~ Maya Angelou Whatever happens, don't let go of my hand Whatever happens, don't let go of my hand Whatever happens, don't you let go of my hand Whatever happens, don't let go of my hand ~ as sung by Michael Jackson WITH THESE HANDS With these hands, I will cling to you I'm yours forever and
a day With these hands, I will bring to you A tender love as warm as May With this heart, I will sing to you Long after stars have lost their glow And with these hands, I'll provide for you Should there be a stormy sea I'll turn the tide for you And I'll never No, I'll never let you go With these hands, I'll provide for you Should there be a stormy sea I'll turn the tide for you And I'll never And I'll never let you go ~ Songwriters: Benny David (lyrics) and Abner Silver (music) YOUR HANDShttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v

" They have been loyal. They are activists. They will fight you about me."
-------------------------------------
--The fans love you because you can sing and because you can dance, or do you feel unconditional love from your fans?
"That's hard, 'cause I'm not in their skin. Umm, I think after discovering who I am and how I see them and make them feel good about themselves, they love me unconditionally. I know they do. . . I feel it, I see it. You go with me sometime and we go out and you're gonna run into the diehard fans, you're going to see something. It's unbelievable, it's like a religious experience. They sleep on the street, hold up candlelight and they have their families out there, it's just so beautiful. I love seeing the children come, that makes my heart so happy . . . they discovered what I'm about, what I'm trying to say."
-------------------------------------
"I love [my fans] to pieces and what makes my heart happy is when I see they support my beliefs about family and children. They have these big billboards of children and babies and they're with me, they get it, you know? They get what I'm saying."
-------------------------------------
"But I am finding today, and it is so true, that guys today are really changing and I have watched it happen through my career. Guys scream with the same kind of adulation that girls do in a lot of countries. They are not ashamed. They are shaking, "I love you." We have guys chasing us around."
--But the fanatics are the women.
"Yeah, they are loyal, women. They have been loyal. They are activists. They will fight you about me."
