Dear Sirs,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you about spreading false and abusive information, which discredits Michael Jackson. We are writing to draw your attention to a program “A Minute of Fame” which was broadcasted on October 2nd, 2011 at the Russian TV Channel One ('Pervyi Kanal'). The part of the show was a young artists’ performance who performed to Michael's 'Earth Song'. After that the jury commented on the performance. A member of the jury Malysheva Elena, (http://www.1tv.ru/person/61), Professor of Medicine, ventured to say extremely offensive and false remarks about Michael Jackson.

We would like to point out that this program was recorded and then broadcasted. The channel editorial staff didn’t work properly in order not to spread false and offensive information about Mr. Jackson.

All Michael Jackson fans are filled with indignation by the words and behavior of Dr. Malysheva Elena and petition to the Chief Manager Konstantin Ernst to make his employee Dr. Malysheva Elena and chief staff of the Russian TV Channel One ('Pervyi Kanal') apologize (http://www.onlinepetition.ru/Skolopendra/petition.html).
